Administration / Production / Distribution
Claire Costa
Production and distribution manager
Claire supports projects in distribution and production for dance and puppetry. From her studies in visual arts at the Sorbonne then in Applied Arts at Olivier de Serres then Duperré was born a curiosity for the experience of space. She continued her path in design studies and quickly branched out into scenography which allowed her to tell a story in a given space and time. She produced her first urban scenographies in Montreal. On her return from Canada, she joined Compagnie Philippe Genty. From the production of sets and accessories to tour administration and then to the distribution of shows, her evolution within the Company is organic and the adventure is intense. For 5 years, Claire toured the world with the shows Voyageurs Immobiles, Ne M'oublie Pas, Dustpan Odyssey ... She then met Yngvild Aspeli, her shows which turned her guts also did her good.
She joined the Plexus Polaire company in 2015 and has worked on the production and touring of the shows Ashes, Chambre Noire, Opéra Opaque, Moby Dick and Dracula. She is now production and tour director for Plexus Polaire.

Gaedig Bonabesse
Touring administrator

After 10 years at Interceltic Lorient Festival, she shifted towards theatre and has managed numerous missions since 2012, both with venues and artists. She discovered the wonder of puppetry and object theatre in 2018 - and hasn’t left it ever since.
Gaedig started her collaboration with Plexus Polaire in 2018.
Noémie Jorez
Producer
While studying Arts and Cultural Management in Edinburgh, Scotland, Noémie got the opportunity to be trained by Vision Mechanics. Her interest in pay-what-you-want theatres led her to go to various countries (England, USA…) to learn more about this practice. She spent some time at La Fabrique des Petites Utopies (Grenoble) before getting involved in the European itinerant project, Travelling Lanterns.
Back to France, she studied administration and production in the performing arts at ENSATT (Lyon). As she had always been passionnate about puppetry, she got experience at Festival Mondial des Théâtres de Marionnettes (Charleville-Mézières), Ljubljana Puppet Theatre (Slovenia) and, more recently, at Figurteatret i Nordland (Norway). That is how she discovered Yngvild Aspeli’s work, met Plexus Polaire and started working with them. She wrote her MA dissertation on the creation of a new “label” for puppetry in France, Centre National de la Marionnette (CNMa).
